Grooming Appointments & Courtesy Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for grooming cancellations or reschedules. Grooming appointments require dedicated time, and last-minute changes affect both our team and other clients.
- Each client is allowed one no call/no show without penalty.
- Any additional no call/no show will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled grooming fee.
- Clients who cancel more than three times will be required to place a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments.
We believe in extending the same courtesy to our clients. In the event a groomer is unavailable due to illness, weather-related concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
