At Kritter Kare, your pets are cared for by a family-owned and operated team, not a franchise. Every pet care specialist is carefully trained in our procedures to ensure consistent, attentive service at every visit. All sitters entering your home are bonded and insured, providing peace of mind while delivering individualized care tailored to your pets’ needs.

Many of our clients have multiple pets or special care considerations, and we’re proud to make professional, reliable pet care both approachable and rewarding. Visits may be scheduled for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or longer, based on your pet’s needs. All visits are provided by mature, bonded and insured sitters who are background checked and drug tested for your peace of mind. We utilize our proprietary Kare-An-Tee™ system, which requires sitters to clock in and out with GPS tracking to confirm time spent in your home. Whenever possible, we assign sitters closest in proximity; a $0.70 per-mile (one way) mileage rate applies to visits up to 20 miles, with additional fees for each 5-mile increment beyond that. A $10 per-visit holiday surcharge applies on select holidays. We are closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, though limited availability may be offered. Holiday care fills quickly, so advanced planning is encouraged.

For new clients, we’ll schedule a personal consultation to ensure we’re the right fit for both you and your animal companions. Once confirmed, you’ll receive access to our secure online client portal, where you can:

• Enter pet and household details
• Request and manage visits
• Communicate directly with your assigned sitters
• Review visit report cards after each sit

This system allows our sitters to provide seamless, informed care—while keeping you connected every step of the way.
