Kritter Kare’s Howliday Inn opened in May 2016. The impetus for opening “The Inn” was two-fold: to establish a local quality option for dog parents regarding the care of their fur family AND provide those dogs with a safe and healthy environment for them to be a dog while feeling loved and cared for in their human family’s absence. Our mission continues to spotlight safety as the core of what we do and who we are while seeking every opportunity to craft a healthy, positive client relationship founded on honesty and integrity all while working to make a positive difference in our client’s lives (both human and canine) and the pet care industry.
This may sound like a lot of work, but every day we see another satisfied customer who puts their trust in us to care for their canine companion(s), or we witness another pup that may have struggled to feel comfortable away from their home become our best friend, or an industry issue be met head-on via honest communication and education of our staff and clientele so we can overcome it together. These momentary “victories” are what drive our passion and give us the purpose for what we do seven days a week. We love dogs, and we believe it shows.
